Founded on Fun and Experience

Cinnovation Studio was founded by Kelly Hickler, AICP and represents the culmination of her more than 15 years of civic and community development experience. Kelly has experience working in both the private and public sectors in California, Colorado, and Texas. She brings a sense of playfulness to all her work and her experience includes long range planning; current planning and development review; environmental planning; open space, park, and trail planning; master development planning; and grant writing. She has also been a lecturer at California State Polytechnic University and served as a Planning Commissioner. When she’s not Cinnovating you can find her playing guitar, hiking, rock climbing, exploring old cities and castles in Europe, and learning German. Schön, Sie kennenzulernen (nice to meet you)!​
